During His speech at the UN Climate Action Summit 2019, His Highness The Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani announced the State of Qatar's contribution of 100 million USD to support the efforts of small developing island states and underdeveloped states to face the challenges of climate change.
