His Excellency Mr. Hassan bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Macedonia, welcomed the Qatari delegation participating in the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad at its 34th session held in the Macedonian city of Ohrid.

His Excellency motivated the  Qatari delegation to show confidence and to show a decent and honorable level of competence appropriate for the State of Qatar.

This competition is one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, and is gaining importance from the strength of the participating countries and their leading role in establishing the International Olympiad of Mathematics  in 1957.
